Tested and approved by Civil Defense, Chiltern International Fire / BM TRADA, Warrington Laboratory UK and Underwriters Laboratory (UL). Raw materials are non‑carcinogenic and procured to European standards.
Built around an engineered timber core, faced in veneer or lacquer, fitted with European hardware from Häfele, Dorma and Blum. Each leaf is balanced, sealed and hung as one piece.
For five‑star operators we deliver complete guest‑room door programs — fire‑rated to FD30 / FD60 / FD90 per BS 476 Pt22, with seamless integration of card‑reader hardware and DDA‑compliant clearances. Ceremonial ballroom doors are built as oversized double leaves with matching architraves and panel walls.

Fire ratings are independently certified and listed against the BM TRADA Q‑Mark scheme to STD 096 Region 2 — operating in Türkiye, the GCC and across the Caucasus. Each doorset is supplied with the relevant Halspan, Stredor or Falcon test‑report reference.
